Ordering Information

As all of our orders are custom built to your specification, the expected turnaround time from ordering up to dispatch is typically 3 working days (card payments require an additional 7 day processing period). If unforeseen circumstances do not permit the order to be fulfilled and dispatched within 5 working days, we will contact you in advance. The order timeline is typically as follows:


Ordering Process:

Stage 1: Payment

Payments through PayPal and domestic Bank transfer are received almost instantly.
Foreign Bank transfers can take longer. Please contact your bank for further details.
Payments with Credit/ Debit cards can take up to 7 days to be processed by our payment provider.


Stage 2: Production

On the business day following receipt of full payment, production will commence.
Standard Production: Production of your order will take approximately 2-3 business days to complete, although this time frame is not guaranteed. Please review Section 4.3.1 of our terms and conditions.
Expedited Production: Production of your order is guaranteed to be completed within 2 business days. Please review Section 4.3.2 of our terms and conditions.


Stage 3: Dispatch

Your order will be dispatched on the final day of production. Shipments to UK mainland are sent with a next-day delivery service. Shipments to other regions can take a number of days.

Entroware currently ships to the following territories using DPD:

  • United Kingdom (Shipment service: next working day for UK mainland)
  • Republic of Ireland
  • France
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • Spain


Returns

Entroware works hard to ensure that every computer is completed to an extremely high standard. Your satisfaction with our products and service is of paramount importance. For this reason every order comes with a 30 day return policy (starting from the expected delivery date). This policy is void if the original packaging has been discarded or the unit has been damaged in any way. If the product is returned to us within this period due to a fault and we also find it to be faulty, we will reset the 30 days starting from the expected delivery date of the repaired product or offer a refund.
